We use multiple suppliers, in multiple locations across Australia. Orders are usually delivered via StarTrack Express, Australian Air Express or Australia Post, however other couriers may be used on occasions at the discretion of either SeeknBuy or our supplier. Where possible, we will usually choose the fastest possible delivery at the standard price. Please note that we can usually deliver to a PO Box however some couriers can not. If you choose a PO Box delivery and we are unable to deliver to that address, we will contact you for an alternative.
We can deliver worldwide and will quote you upon request, however automatic quotation is not available (we need to check exact size and weight to be able to quote accurately).
All purchases (both domestic and international) will be sent using a trackable delivery method. To protect against fraudulent use of credit cards, and to protect ourselves against chargebacks, pickups are not permitted for credit card payment.
Purchases are usually dispatched the enxt business day after payment is received in our account. In the event that it is expected to be delayed by more than 2 business days, we will contact you to advise, and you have the choice of proceeding with your order, or cancelling and receiving a full refund.
In the event that actual delivery charges are significantly higher than those quoted, we reserve the right to contact you and you will have the choice of paying the difference, or cancelling and receiving a full refund.
Pickup
SeeknBuy now offers pickup on our range of items. Please note there are strict procedures in place, pickup locations are limited, and not all items are available for pickup.
SeeknBuy ships its products direct from a range of suppliers. We generally do not hold stock, which ensures you always receive the latest pricing. Most of our suppliers offer customer pickp, direct from their supply depots/warehouses. Please note that these are generally located in Sydney and Melbourne. Some limited stock is also sourced from Adelaide and Brisbane.
If you wish to collect your item, please contact us PRIOR TO PURCHASE to ensure it is in stock and from which location it will be available. Note that payment upon collection is NOT available - full payment must be received and cleared by SeeknBuy prior to your order being released by the supplier.
To protect against fraudulent use of credit cards, pickups are not permitted for credit card payments. Also please note that for OH&S requirements, pickups are not permitted direct from SeeknBuy, and some suppliers do not permit pickups.
Returns Policy
Incorrect, damaged or or DOA (Dead on Arrival) items should be notified within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or DOA item, please advise us immediately so a replacement can be arranged. Items which become faulty at a later date are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer to arrange service.
As per the 2011 Australian Consumer Laws, SeeknBuy can arrange to have your item refunded, repaired or replaced, at the discretion of the supplier, manufacturer, or SeeknBuy, unless it is a "major fault" (as defined by Consumer Affairs Victoria) in which case the choice is yours. Note that ALL items sold by SeeknBuy are sourced from Australian suppliers, and are covered by Australian warranties. We do NOT use "grey imports".

Please note that some suppliers do not accept "change of mind" returns. Others do accept these, but the item must be unopened, in undamaged packaging, and able to be resold. A restocking fee may apply for "change of mind" and any amount levied by our supplier will be passed on by SeeknBuy. Any costs incurred by SeeknBuy (such as but not limited to bank or credit card fees) will also be passed on. SeeknBuy shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by you in these situations. Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable except where required by the Consumer Laws.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu, click the Return Item(s) button and follow the instructions. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/exchange (if applicable) once we've received and processed the returned item.
