• All payments MUST be in Australian Dollars (AUD), and payments should be the net amount after any fees (such as international transfers) are incurred

Credit Card payments are now available. Because we get charged credit card fees, we are pssing those on ONLY to those customers who incur them for us. Therefore - if you choose to pay by credit card, a 3% surcharge will be added. You must choose this option on the product page. Please don't try to "beat the system" by choosing "bank payment:" and then using your credit card - you will not only delay your purchase, but you will in fact incur further credit card fees as we will be hit twice - firstly by your original payment, and then by your "catch-up" payment. These shall not be waived under any circumstances - they are a real cost to business, and we do not see why cash customers should subsidise those using credit.

Please also note that, contrary to popular belief, it can take up to 3 days for a credit card payment to be received in our bank account - and until this is received, your order shall remain "pending".  For the fastest, and least costly method of payment, we suggest you use Bank Transfer/Deposit. No fees, and cleared payment is received within one working day.

Whichever payment option you choose, once cleared payment is received (usually 1 business day, cheques and credit card payments excluded, and subject to bank procedures), your order will be completed and confirmation will be sent via email.

We have endeavoured to ensure that all pricing & information contained on this website is correct and updated regularly. However, we reserve the right to refuse an order, and adjust the terms and conditions if circumstances occur beyond our control, such as an unexpected price increase from our suppliers or stock unavailability.  You will be notified prior to shipment and a complete refund will be available.
