Exetel - Broadband, Landline, VoIP, Mobile

Here at SeeknBuy, we believe in good quality, affordable internet for everyone, with fast connections, high download quotas and low or zero excess data charges.  This is why we use and recommend:

Exetel offers their over-120,000 customers a range of plans, from light usage residential ADSL and 3G/HSDPA Mobile through to heavy usage for large corporates and government.  Their plans are outlined below, with most plans offering large download quotas, uncharged uploads amd inexpensive untimed local and STD/national calls every month.  Additional services offered by Exetel include VoIP, Email2Fax, SMS, Mobile Phones and even a VoIP calling card (very handy for the kids, or for dialling whilst away from home).

Other services are available for business and corporate customers, including Mobile Phones, SMS from desktop, SHDSL, VPN, VoIP and PABX, Ethernet and Wireless Ethernet, Web/eMail and Domain Hosting, and Exployee Purchase Schemes.  Please contact SeeknBuy for more information.

Exetel began offering services to residential users in January 2004 with only one objective:

To provide internet, telephone and other communications service at lower monthly prices than ALL other suppliers of similar services to Australian users at the highest levels of quality and at consistently high speeds.

Since that time they have consistently met those objectives and have continued to improve the ‘value for money’ offered on a continuing basis. They also maintain a policy of continually enhancing the services offered at no charge to the end user and usually without requiring the end user to “change plans” or sign up for new contract periods.

This has been made possible by two things that has characterised the difference between Exetel's way of operating and almost all other 'commercial companies' which are that they are not in business to make as much money as possible from their customers, only enough to ensure they stay in business, and so when they receive cost reductions from their suppliers they invariably pass those benefits on to their users rather than increasing their monthly profits.

Exetel donates one third of the profit it makes to various, community based, endangered species protection and regeneration programs around Australia and details on all of these programs can be found here:
